Biography
Stelios Lionakis (Chania, Crete, 28 February 1936 – Athens, 11 April 2003) was a Greek actor. He made his debut on the stage in 1963, as a member of the troupe of Vasilis Diamantopoulos and Maria Alkaios. He performed dozens of roles in the classical repertoire with his collaborations, among others, with the Art Theater, the Greek People's Theater, the National Theater, etc. while he also took part in several films, as well as in well-known television series, in characteristic character roles. Furthermore, as a member of the SEI he was involved in trade unionism.
