The Groundhog's Day Massacre 2

Once again, Baggy is terrorizing a small Ohio town. After renting a garage from Marvin & Illsa to live in, Baggy goes on a killing spree. Dead bodies, mutilated limbs and gallons of blood were everywhere. Sheriff McBooney knows that Baggy face has returned. The slaughter continues. McBooney gets the help of FBI Agent Starline and sets out to bring the horror to a halt. Finally, McBooney comes face to face with the killer and using Starlines' advice ends the terror forever... or did he?
